Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Don lived many places as a child with a father in the military police, including Washington, D.C. and Hawaii. In 1970, Don moved back to Wichita for high school, graduating from Wichita North High School in 1972. After high school, he joined the U.S. Marine Corps for two years. He then worked a variety of jobs while attending Wichita State University, eventually getting his degree there.
Don began working in wealth management in 1981 as a financial advisor at A.G. Edwards. Through his experiences, Don learned that the industry itself is an education. He not only understands the technical aspect of wealth management, but also the human aspects. His favorite part about working in wealth management is the satisfaction of being able to help people do well in life. He enjoys helping people have financial peace of mind.
