Adam Hayse is a Client Service Specialist with the Barry Group at Baird, where he plays a role in supporting day-to-day operations and delivering a high level of service to clients. He assists with client inquiries, helps prepare for and coordinate meetings, and ensures administrative processes run efficiently to support the team.
Adam joined Baird in April 2026 after graduating from Kansas State University with a degree in Personal Financial Planning. He is committed to ongoing professional development and is actively pursuing the education and licensing necessary to continue growing in the financial services industry. He looks forward to building his future in the field and expanding his role over time.
Adam and his wife relocated to Wichita in early 2026 and enjoy being close to family in the area. Outside of the office, he enjoys reading, playing board games, and spending time on the disc golf course.
